Please give proper credit to the artist when posting your commission on other sites/social networks;

I DON’T work with physical or printed products, only Digital artworks;

As an artist I have the right to refuse any request regardless of the reason;

Payments via PayPal only;

Payment must be made 100% up-front before I start your commission;

Refunds will only be available until I start the sketching phase;

The client has the right to cancel the order free of charges if payment has not been made;

The customer has the right to request a refund if the commission has not been started within 1 month;

If I am unable to do the commission, the customer will receive a full refund of what was paid;

Take into account that in the future I may include your order in my portfolio or social networks. If you want your commission to be Private, a fee of 20% will be charged on the final price;

You are NOT allowed, under any circumstances, to alter, claim or resell my art, designs and other works as your own;

I DO NOT DO NFTs under any circumstances, please do not insist;

Personal Use is when the client will not receive any kind of profit generated by the commission. Using the art as an avatar, wallpaper or decoration (non-commercial) counts as personal use;

The client can request priority for the commission if they want it to be completed within a deadline, for which a fee of up to 50% of the final value will be charged;
